I built my CRM foundation by understanding both the business side and the systems behind it. Working with clients, pipelines, automations, and customer journeys across platforms led me to Salesforce, where I'm now focused on growing toward a Salesforce Developer path.
Kajabi helped me understand how CRM, content, automations, and customer journeys work together as one connected system. From funnels and offers to integrations and lifecycle processes, I focused on building setups that felt clear, reliable, and aligned with each business model.
At Nueva EPS, I strengthened my front-end foundation by working on content structure, interface updates, and multisite maintenance. It gave me a solid understanding of how layout, navigation, and information architecture support stable and easy-to-use digital experiences.
HospFriends was a meaningful project where design, research, and empathy came together. Contributing to a mobile and web proposal for hospitalized children taught me to create digital experiences that feel not only functional, but also supportive and human.
