Salesforce is currently at the center of my professional development, as I continue strengthening my skills through structured learning, practical projects, and hands-on work in areas such as data modeling, automation, flows, and Apex. My focus is on growing steadily with a solid technical foundation and a thoughtful approach to the platform.
As part of Kajabi’s internal team, I built my CRM foundation by implementing solutions for different types of businesses and real client needs. That work gave me hands-on experience not only with customer journeys and automations, but also with integrations, platform configuration, and custom-coded solutions built to support each business model
At Nueva EPS, I strengthened my front-end foundation by working on content structure, interface updates, and multisite maintenance. It gave me a solid understanding of how layout, navigation, and information architecture support stable and easy-to-use digital experiences.
HosptFriends was a meaningful project where design, research, and empathy came together. Contributing to a mobile and web proposal for hospitalized children taught me to create digital experiences that feel not only functional, but also supportive and human.
